Overall had amazing stay for four nights. Booked a room with fresh bottled water. The very amiable and helpful staff gave good recommendations. The location of this hotel short walk to a pleasant residential area at Llandudno, the town center and the beach and all local attractions, restaurants, shops and local bus and train services was perfect and good.

Really comfortable stay, we were there for 4 days. The hotel was nice, thoroughly enjoyed mountain view from our twin room. Everything was good during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom. The staff was amiable and helpful. The location was marvellous and incredible, lovely on a pretty street away from the noise of the north shore, in the nice quiet area.

The location couldn't be more marvellous to walk to both beaches. Moreover, there was a lake within 15 mins walk from the hotel. We greatly enjoyed the inside of the double room, it featured a bright decor. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was hot and perfect for yeast free diet.

Every time we stay in Llandudno, like to stay here. The units are airy, perfect with fresh bottled water.
